Brady & Tara's Random Acts of Christmas Terms & Conditions

How it Works:

We will review all nominations carefully and will choose our Random Act of Christmas recipients by about December 9, basing our decision on the answers submitted to the questions on the submission form.  Our deliberations will be made privately, and our decision will be made in our sole discretion, not subject to appeal or justification.  Only those who are selected (and perhaps those who nominated them) will be contacted by CHYM 96.7.

By completing and submitting this nomination:

1. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you represent that you are not submitting any personal information of individuals without the consent of those individuals;
2. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, your nominee will be willing to appear in a promotional video (note: in order to receive a Random Act of Christmas, a selected nominee will need to agree to be featured in a promotional video);
3. You confirm, on your own behalf and on behalf of your nominee, that you or your nominee may be contacted by CHYM 96.7 in connection with this nomination; and
4. You understand and agree that the personal information provided will be used by CHM 96.7 and selection committee for purposes of CHYM 96.7 Random Acts of Christmas initiative.  All information submitted to CHYM 96.7 will be treated in accordance with the Rogers Media Privacy Policy, available at http://www.rogersmedia.com/privacy, and your preferences as may be stated from time to time.
